If you change your mind, you may return a product within 14 days from the date of order delivery or, for orders with multiple products delivered on different dates, from the date you receive the final product.
Items intended for return must be intact, unblemished, with the original labels still attached, and with any security tags and hygiene seals still in place, and must be in their original packaging. Specifically, products cannot be returned if they have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any manner. Returns of goods that are incomplete, damaged, used, or modified will not be accepted. Returned goods must be suitably packaged to safeguard the original wrapping from damage, marks, or stickers. If the initial order included complimentary gifts, these must also be returned.

If your return does not meet the conditions of our return policy, we will be unable to accept it. Our Customer Service Department will contact you, and if you have already shipped the products back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for arranging their collection at your own cost.

Should your return comply with our return policy, a refund will be processed once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and the items have been inspected. Upon approval, we will issue the refund immediately and notify you via a confirmation email.

Steps After Submitting a Return Request

Please monitor the email account you provided when placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your return request. This email will contain the necessary instructions for sending back the products you wish to return.

If the return collection service provided by the Supplier is unavailable, or if you opt not to use it, you must arrange for the return shipment of the products at your own expense and responsibility within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you submitted your return request. In these instances, any applicable customs duties will also be your responsibility.

Shipping Costs Using Our Collection Service

When using our designated collection service for your return, the associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be deducted from the refund amount processed following the exercise of your right of withdrawal. The applicable costs vary by location and are detailed during the returns process on our website.

The Supplier retains the right to modify return cost applications, such as offering free returns for partial returns, for orders above a certain value, for returns originating from specific countries, or during certain promotional periods. Any such modifications will be communicated on the Website and indicated to the Customer during the return procedure.
Customs duties for returns originating from non-EU countries will be covered by the Supplier only if the Customer utilizes the Supplier’s designated return collection service, when available. Consequently, customs duties—as well as return shipping costs—will be the Customer’s responsibility for returns where the collection service is not available, and for instances where the Customer chooses, at their own discretion, not to use the collection service provided by the Supplier.
